1. Who we are

TravelAgencyMY is a directory of travel agencies licensed by the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture Malaysia (MOTAC). It is operated by Epic Buzz Sdn Bhd. Contact: hello@travelagencymy.com.

2. What this site is, and is not

We are a directory and an introduction service. We are not a travel agency. We do not sell, book or resell travel, tours, flights or accommodation, we never handle payment for a trip, and we take no commission on anything you book.

Any contract for travel is between you and the agency you choose. We are not a party to it and are not liable for it.

3. Licence information

Listings are built from the public MOTAC licence register. We show each agency's licence number, expiry date and licensed scope so you can check them yourself.

A register is a snapshot, not a live feed. A licence can be suspended, renewed or revoked between our updates. Always verify directly with MOTAC before paying a deposit. We publish the licence number precisely so that you can.

4. Enquiries

When you submit an enquiry, we pass it to travel agencies whose licence scope and location match what you asked for. More than one agency will usually receive it, and they may contact you directly to quote.

5. For travel agencies

• Claiming. Claiming a listing is free and gives you a 30-day trial with full access. By claiming, you confirm you are authorised to act for that agency. We may reverse a claim that is disputed.
• Subscriptions. Paid plans are monthly, in Malaysian Ringgit, and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown on the pricing page.
• Accuracy. You are responsible for the accuracy of anything you add to your listing. Do not claim licences or accreditations you do not hold.
• Conduct. Enquiry details are provided so you can quote for that enquiry. Do not add people to marketing lists, resell their details, or contact them about anything else.

6. What we do not promise

Stated plainly, because a paid listing should not rest on an assumption you never agreed to:

• No guaranteed volume. We do not promise any number of enquiries. Volume depends on traveller demand, your location and your licence scope, none of which we control.
• No exclusivity. Unless separately agreed in writing, an enquiry is sent to several matching agencies. You are competing on your reply.
• No guaranteed ranking. Results are ordered by remaining licence validity and then alphabetically. Paying does not move you up that list.
• Sponsored placement is labelled. Paid placement appears in a block marked as paid, above and separate from the ranked results. We will not disguise it.
• No guaranteed lead quality. Enquiries come from the public. Some will be vague, mistaken, or never reply.

8. Suspension

We may suspend or remove a listing that misuses enquiry data, misrepresents its licence, or whose MOTAC licence lapses. Where a paid listing is removed for reasons other than misuse, we refund the unused part of the period.

9. Liability

We provide the directory as-is. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, our total liability to a subscriber is limited to the fees paid in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. If a change materially reduces what a paid plan provides, we will email subscribers before it takes effect. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
